Yes you can measure your body - but wounder which parts of your body can be measured. If your
waist is thicker than your chest or almost equal or little bit smaller than your chest then there is a
problem.
Anyway you might like to measure your :
1) height (use giraffe height chart)
2) bust ( chest )
3) Waist
4) Hips (This is crutial -- since womens tend to gain more mass after pregnancy - be careful)
5) Thight or Inseam (yes its again applicable to women)
Yes after the age of approx 21 your height would never increase (althought some techniques artificial
or natural do claim that its possible to increase your height after getting into adulthood )
I think after you gain adulthood your body would gain mass in terms of thickness - you chest, waist
offcourse would increase.
Women tend to gain mass more after pregnancy.
