First get some apples, preferrable home picked and green apples generally work better, but red are fine too.

Step2

Take the cores out and you can skin them if you want to, but you'll loose some of the nutrition

Next crush them into a pulp, this 'thick gloop' is called pomace.

Step4

Next wrap the pomace in cloth

Step5

Place the cloths filled with pomace in a press (can be to pieces of wood with a weight on top.

Step6

Place some kind of collection tray to collect the juices which comes off

Step7

Next place the apple juice which comes off into a filter (a seive) and you'll notice that the juices which come off are golden and you didn't have to add anything artificial

Step8

Chill in fridge and serve with ice.
