Lemon juice can be used for multitude of things. It can be part of a salad dressing. It can be added to beverages like water, soda and mixed drinks. It enhances the flavor of chicken and fish. And it can add some vitamin C to your diet.
Ingredient:
Lemon
2-3 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
Water
Preparation Method
1) First squeezes all the juice out of 4-5 ripe juicy lemons.
2) Make sure there is no pips or lemon crap in it. If there is spoon them out.
3) Add 2-3 cups of water as per your requirement.
4) Add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar.
5) Now stir with a wooden spoon.
6) Taste your good lemon juice. If it is not sweet enough, of if it is watery add more sugar.
