Pineapple is a tropical fruit, it contains a photolytic enzyme bromeliad, which helps in the digestion of protein. Pineapple can prevent blood clot formation because of its brome lain content.
 
Ingredient:
 Pineapple chunks
 4 or 5 saffron seeds
 3 teaspoons of sugar
  1 1/2 cups of water
 Blender or Mixture
 
Preparation Method
1. Add pineapple, sugar, saffron and water into a blender or Mixture.
2. Blend on the highest speed setting until smooth.
3. Once the juice is well blended, strain it and pour into chilled glasses.
4. Add some ice cubes to the juice. Finally, a delicious pineapple juice is ready to be served.
 
Nutritive Value of Pineapple: 100 gm.
  1. Vitamin A: 130 I.U.
  2. Vitamin C: 24 mg.
  3. Phosphorus: 11 mg.
  4. Calcium: 16 mg.
  5. Carbohydrates: 13.7 gm.
  6. Calories : 52
  7. Potassium: 150 mg.
